Leads Collective is an Australian property-focused performance marketing business. We generate and deliver verified property enquiries ("leads") to professionals such as mortgage brokers, real estate agents, buyer's agents, property developers and related businesses. The specific scope, pricing, lead volume and delivery arrangements for any engagement are agreed separately with each client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed by us in writing.

3. Enquiries and eligibility

When you submit an enquiry you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals operating lawfully in Australia. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or discontinue service to any party at our discretion.

4. Leads, verification and no guarantee

We take reasonable steps to verify enquiries before delivery. However, while we work to deliver high-intent, verified leads, we do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, appointment, conversion or particular commercial outcome. A lead reflects consumer interest at a point in time and outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own follow-up and processes.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are charged on a pay-per-lead or otherwise agreed basis as set out in your engagement with us. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable in accordance with the terms provided to you. Any disputes about a specific lead must be raised promptly and in accordance with our lead-replacement or credit policy communicated at the time of engagement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and any leads lawfully and in accordance with all applicable laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth). You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use any lead data for purposes other than those for which it was provided.
